We have an extended quality control program, as well at our wholesaler/fabric as well as in our warehouse in Schoten. Regarding warranty we offer a 6 month warranty on all spares suitable for Yanmar or Daihatsu, except for injection material. This ensures to minimize downtime and reduces costs and stress for the ship owners or shipping companies. We foresee these sets for main engine or auxiliary engine cylinder heads, cylinder liners, fuel pumps, injectors, etc. This limits onboard attendance, shortens overhaul/downtime periods and controls costs. With this alternate approach to onboard overhaul, the owner secures an extra set of components that can be fully overhauled in Denis Diesel Services & Parts’ workshop between overhauls and delivered onboard for the next scheduled maintenance. Swing Set Model – To maximize efficiency and minimize downtime associated with overhauls, Denis Engine Solutions has implemented a “swing set” approach with certain operators.
